The company was established in Plovdiv in 1990 as ET Kvazer-EL and is one of the first private companies for sale and distribution of electronic components, accessories for the electronics, and electronic devices. It comes out quickly on top on the market in Bulgaria, enhances the scope of the products, and establishes its own distribution system. .
In 2000 the company bought and renewed a large building in Plovdiv which became the headquarters of Kvazer Ltd. The builing houses the offices, the central warestore and a large shop of Kvazer Ltd.
In November 2006 the company was registered again in the register of the companies this time as "Kvazer" Ltd.
